Ek plastic can me pani bhar len. Is oer ye ayat 300 bar prh k dam krden is me se pani waqtan fawaqtan pia jaye kam hone lage to or mila len khatam nahi hona chahye. Lagatar 6 mahine istemal kren gap nahi hona chahye. Is k ilawa Surah Mujadla prh kr b dam kren agar asr se maghrib k darmiyan dam kia jaye to behtr hai wrna ksi b wqt kia jaskta hai. Ye amal koi b kr skta hai. 6 mahine bad patient ka blood test krwa len IN SHA ALLAH yaqeeni tor pr beemari khtm hojaye gi.
